As the world’s largest healthcare free zone, DHCC consists of two phases. Phase 1, spanning 4.1 million square feet in Oud Metha, is dedicated to healthcare and medical education, while Phase 2, covering 22 million square feet in Al Jadaf and overlooking the historic Dubai Creek, is dedicated to wellness.
