Established in 2004 and wholly owned by the Government of Dubai, the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) functions as an integrated community, providing both residential and working environments. As a Free Zone Authority situated in the Nadd Hessa community in Dubai, Silicon Oasis extends free trade zone incentives and advantages to tech park businesses. The authority actively encourages modern technology-based industries, offering a well-planned urban community, advanced infrastructure, and in- house business services.

Serving as a technology hub for IT, industrial, research, and development enterprises, DSO boasts a total capacity of 97,740 sq. m of commercial space dedicated to offices available for lease.
